An Act Amending Subparagraph Twenty of Article Fourteen of the Revised Penal Code

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Subparagraph twenty of Article fourteen of the Revised Penal Code is amended to read as follows:

> "20. That the crime be committed with the aid of persons under fifteen years of age or by means of motor vehicles, motorized watercraft, airships, or other similar means."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
