REPUBLIC ACT No. 5428

An Act Amending Section Three of Republic Act Numbered Forty-Nine Hundred and Sixty-Seven, and for Other Purposes

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section three of Republic Act Numbered Forty-nine hundred and sixty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 3. The life of the Abaca and Other Fibers Development Board shall be deemed extended up to June thirty, nineteen hundred and seventy-two.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
