REPUBLIC ACT No. 5403

An Act Changing the Name of Barrio No. 1 Caoayan, Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, to Barrio Hilario Valdez

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name Barrio No

1, Caoayan, Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby changed to Barrio Hilario Valdez.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
