REPUBLIC ACT No. 5400

An Act Creating Barrio Tapalan in the Municipality of Salug, Province of Zamboanga del Norte

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sitio of Tapalan in Barrio Palandoc, Municipality of Salug, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is separated from said barrio and converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tapalan. The said barrio shall be bounded as follows:

1. North-Starting from the Northeastern corner of Lot No. 2711, going counterclockwise, proceed to Lot No. 2716, 2725, 2726, 2728 and 2729; 2. East-Take all areas traversed by Palandoc River; 3. South-By Pls-742; 4. West-Take all areas traversed by Lipakan River. All areas within bounds of delineation comprise the proposed Barrio Tapalan.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
