REPUBLIC ACT No. 5380
An Act Establishing a National Agricultural and Vocational School in the Municipality of Hinunangan, Province of Southern Leyte, to be Known as Hinunangan Agricultural and Vocational School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national agricultural and vocational school in the Municipality of Hinunangan, Province of Southern Leyte, to be known as Hinunangan Agricultural and Vocational School.
Section 2
The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-nine. Such sums as may be necessary in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
