[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 536, June 16, 1950 ]

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE SALARIES OF CHIEFS OF DIVISIONS, SUPERINTENDENTS, SUPERVISORS, AND OTHER PERSONNEL OF THE BUREAU OF PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The sum of seventy-two thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated to carry out the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred twelve for adjustment of the salaries of chiefs of divisions, superintendents, supervisors, and other personnel of the Bureau of Private Schools.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect as of July 1948.
