REPUBLIC ACT No. 5358

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, is further amended to read as follows:

"Nueva Vizcaya, five assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
