An Act Providing One Additional Judge for the City Court of the City of Naga, Amending for the Purpose Section Seventy-Five of the Charter of Said City

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred five, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Naga, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Sec. 75. Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of city court. There shall be a city court for the City of Naga, for which there shall be appointed two city judges and auxiliary city judge.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
