REPUBLIC ACT No. 5318

An Act Providing for Four Assistant Provincial Fiscals for the Province of Agusan, Amending for This Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provision of Section, sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Agusan, is further amended to read as follows:

"Agusan, four assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
