REPUBLIC ACT No. 5315

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provisions of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Misamis Oriental, is further amended to read as follows:

> "Oriental Misamis, eight assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
