REPUBLIC ACT No. 5314

An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Sta. Maria General Hospital in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The authorized bed capacity of the Sta

Maria General Hospital in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, is hereby increased to fifty beds. The additional sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
