REPUBLIC ACT No. 5313
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Soil Conservation Demonstration Station in the Municipality of Medina, Province of Misamis Oriental
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established a soil conservation demonstration station in the Municipality of Medina, Province of Misamis Oriental. The said station shall be under this direct supervision of the Director of Soils, and shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred twenty-two.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the soil conservation demonstration station for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
