REPUBLIC ACT No. 5291

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"Ilocos Norte, twelve assistant provincial fiscals, at least two of whom shall be assigned to each branch of the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
