REPUBLIC ACT No. 5257
An Act Providing for Two School Divisions in the Province of Camarines Sur
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. There shall be two school divisions in the Province of Camarines Sur
The first school division shall comprise all municipalities, including Naga City, in the First Congressional District, and the second School division shall comprise all the municipalities in the second Congressional District.
Section 2
The Director of Public Schools shall reorganize the school divisions in the Province of Camarines Sur, commencing with the school year nineteen hundred and sixty-six to nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven are hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
