REPUBLIC ACT No. 5252
An Act Establishing a Breeding Station in the Barrio of Mantalongon, Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established a breeding station in the Barrio of Mantalongon, Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry.
Section 2
The Director of Animal Industry shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
