REPUBLIC ACT No. 5241

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Subparagraph (2), subsection (b) of Section twenty-three of Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred seventy-five, entitled "an Act to promote industrial peace and for other purposes," requiring non-subversive affidavits by all the officers of every labor organization, association or union is hereby repealed. All other provisions in said Republic Act referring to such non-subversive affidavits are likewise hereby repealed.

Section 2

All Acts, parts of Acts, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed.
