REPUBLIC ACT No. 5214
An Act Establishing a Cattle Breeding Station in the Municipality of Maslog, Province of Eastern Samar, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established a cattle breeding station in the Municipality of Maslog, Province of Eastern Samar, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry.
Section 2
The Director of Animal Industry shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
