REPUBLIC ACT No. 5208
An Act Amending Section Three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred Forty-Six, Entitled "An Act to Provide Scholarships for the Study of Veterinary Science in the Philippines, Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Section three of Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred forty-six is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 3. There is authorized to be appropriated annually for a period of twenty years, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty thousand pesos to constitute the Veterinary Science Scholarship Fund and to carry into effect the purpose of this Act.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
