REPUBLIC ACT No. 5149
An Act Providing One Additional Assistant Provincial Fiscal for the Province of Romblon, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Romblon is further amended to read as follows:
> "Romblon, two assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
