REPUBLIC ACT No. 5141
An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Nueva Ecija Provincial Hospital at Cabanatuan City to Four Hundred Beds and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Nueva Ecija Provincial hospital at Cabanatuan City is hereby increased to four hundred beds.
Section 2
The sum of two million pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation, improvement and/or construction of new buildings. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
