REPUBLIC ACT No. 5115

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscal in the Province of Occidental Mindoro, is further amended to read as follows;

"Occidental Mindoro, two assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
