REPUBLIC ACT No. 5072
An Act Authorizing the Appropriation of an Additional Seventy Thousand Pesos for the Operation and Maintenance of the Aparri School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
An additional sum of seventy thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the Aparri School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
