REPUBLIC ACT No. 5042

An Act Amending Item (cb), Page 465, Group IV, Subparagraph 29, for the Province of Leyte, Paragraph "c", Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-Seven Hundred One

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item (cb), page 465, group IV, subparagraph 29, for the Province of Leyte, paragraph "c", Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(cb) Tigbao Bridge Tacloban City Construction ₱100,000.00

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
