REPUBLIC ACT No. 5018

An Act Amending Republic Act Numbered Six Hundred Eighty-Five by Transferring the Branch of the Philippine Institute of Fisheries Technology from Butuan City to Barrio Matabao, Municipality of Buenavista, Province of Agusan

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Item (b) of sub-paragraph ten, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred eighty-five is hereby amended to read as follows:

(b)Matabao, Buenavista, Agusan ₱50,000

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
