REPUBLIC ACT No. 4995
An Act Creating Certain Barrio in the Municipality of Santa Rita, Province of Samar
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The following sitios in the Municipality of Santa Rita, Province of Samar, are hereby converted into barrios of said municipality to wit:
(a) Sitio Tulay is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tulay; (b) Sitio Tominamus is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Tominamus; (c) Sitio Crossing is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Crossing; (d) Sitio Binanalan is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Binanalan; (e) Sitio Guinbalot-an is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Guinbalot-an; and (f) Sitio Aslum is converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as Barrio Aslum; Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
