REPUBLIC ACT No. 4971

An Act Amending Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Four Thousand Six Hundred and Five

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand six hundred and five is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2

The grantee is hereby authorized to manufacture and supply one hundred tons of ice a day.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
