REPUBLIC ACT No. 4943
An Act Establishing a Community Hospital in Sapang Palay, Municipality of San Jose Del Monte, Province of Bulacan, to be Known as Sapang Palay Community Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, A community hospital in Sapang Palay, Municipality of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan, to be known as the Sapang Palay Community Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
