REPUBLIC ACT No. 4933
An Act Providing for the Establishment of an Agricultural High School in the Municipality of Potia, Mountain Province, Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, an agricultural high school in the Municipality of Potia, Mountain Province, to be known as Potia Agricultural High School.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said high school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
