REPUBLIC ACT No. 4892
An Act Amending Section Fifty-Four of Republic Act Numbered Two Hundred Ninety-Six, as Amended
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The third paragraph of Section fifty-four of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"First Judicial District: At Santo Domingo de Basco, Province of Batanes, on the first Tuesday of May of each year. A special term of court shall be held once a year in the Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
