REPUBLIC ACT No. 4837

An Act Creating Six Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Iloilo, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Revised Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provisions of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Iloilo, is further amended to read as follows:

"Iloilo, fifteen assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
