REPUBLIC ACT No. 4825
An Act Transferring the Administration, Operation and Maintenance of the Floating Ambulance of the Province of Romblon from Said Province to Romblon General Hospital and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The administration, operation and maintenance of the floating ambulance of the Province of Romblon is hereby transferred from said province to Romblon General Hospital.
Section 2
The Chief of Romblon General Hospital is hereby authorized to take custody of said floating ambulance upon the effectivity of this Act and shall issue rules and regulations for the use of said floating ambulance.
Section 3
The sum of fourteen thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said floating ambulance, including the salaries of one pilot, one mechanic, one medical attendant and one other crew member, for the fiscal year following the effectivity of this Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
