REPUBLIC ACT No. 4807

An Act Establishing a Fresh-Water Demonstration Fish Farm and Nursery at Barrio Santo Domingo, Municipality of Bay, Province of Laguna, and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, a fresh-water demonstration fish farm and nursery at Barrio Santo Domingo, Municipality of Bay, Province of Laguna.

Section 2

The sum of eighty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
