REPUBLIC ACT No. 4780
An Act Providing for the Establishment, Operation and Maintenance of a Community Hospital in the Municipality of Cataingan, Province of Masbate, to be Known as Cataingan Community Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a community hospital in the Municipality of Cataingan, Province of Masbate, to be known as Cataingan Community Hospital. The site shall be determined by the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Cataingan, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
