REPUBLIC ACT No. 4699

An Act Implementing the Provisions of Republic Act Numbered Forty-Six Hundred Thirty-Seven, Creating a Prosecution Division in the Anti-Dummy Board

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

To carry out the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand six hundred and thirty-seven, the amount of one hundred twenty-three thousand six hundred pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six-nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, said sum as provided for in this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
