REPUBLIC ACT No. 4679
An Act Converting Bacarra Provincial High School in the Municipality of Bacarra, Province of Ilocos Norte, into a National Comprehensive High School to be Known as Bacarra National Comprehensive High School
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Bacarra Provincial High School in the Municipality of Bacarra, Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby converted into a national comprehensive high school, to be known as Bacarra National Comprehensive High School. The curriculum of said school shall include both academic and vocational courses.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
