REPUBLIC ACT No. 4613

An Act to Authorize the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office to Hold Annually a Lottery for the Benefit of the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is hereby authorized to hold annually a lottery, and its total proceeds, after deducting the prizes and expenses as provided for in Republic Act Numbered Eleven hundred sixty-nine, as amended, shall be turned over to the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement for its support and maintenance.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
