An Act to Amend the Last Paragraph of Section Fifty of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-Eight Hundred Fifty-Seven, Otherwise Known as the Revised Charter of the City of Cebu

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The last paragraph of Section fifty of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred seven, otherwise known as the Revised Charter of the City of Cebu, is hereby amended to read as follows:

> "The City Treasurer shall have an assistant and deputies to head divisions and sections necessary to carry out his functions, whose salaries shall conform to the rates prescribed under Administrative Order Numbered seventy-eight of the President of the Philippines dated October five, nineteen hundred sixty-three. He shall also have such other personnel to assist him with his duties as may be provided for from time to time by appropriation ordinances."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
