REPUBLIC ACT No. 4590

An Act to Create the Position of a Rural Health Dentist in the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefore

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, there is hereby created a position of a rural health dentist in the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas.

Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, the appointment to the new position herein created shall be made.

Section 2

There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, two thousand four hundred pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
