REPUBLIC ACT No. 4570

An Act to Declare the Shores and Territorial Waters of La Union from Agoo to Damortis, La Union, a National Park

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Notwithstanding any law or laws to the contrary, the shores and the territorial waters from Agoo, La Union, southward to Damortis, Rosario, La Union, inclusive, are hereby declared a national park.

Section 2

Any mining operations present or future in this area is hereby prohibited.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
