REPUBLIC ACT No. 4552
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Maternity and Childrens Hospital in the Municipality Barotac Nuevo, Province of Iloilo, to be Known as Barotac Nuevo Maternity and Childrens Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Service, a maternity and childrens hospital in the Municipality of Barotac Nuevo, Province of Iloilo, to be known as Barotac Nuevo Maternity and Childrens Hospital.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
