REPUBLIC ACT No. 4507
An Act Reappropriating Five Thousand Pesos Appropriated in Republic Act Numbered Twenty-Seven Hundred One, and the Sum of Five Thousand Pesos Appropriated in Republic Act Numbered Thirty-One Hundred One, for the Macrohon Electric Plant in the Municipality of Macrohon, Province of Southern Leyte, as Aid to the Said Municipality, for the Construction, Repair and/or Improvement of Municipal Projects Therein
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The sum of five thousand pesos appropriated in item (at), subparagraph 30, page 477, for the Province of Southern Leyte, paragraph C, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred one, and the sum of five thousand pesos appropriated in item (ax), subparagraph 30, page 469, for the Province of Southern Leyte, paragraph a, Section four of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred one, as aid for the Macrohon Municipal Electric Plant, Municipality of Macrohon, Province of Southern Leyte, are hereby reappropriated as aid to the said municipality for the construction, repair and/or improvement of municipal projects therein.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
