REPUBLIC ACT No. 4491
An Act Authorizing and Approving the Sale, Assignment and Transfer by the Mackay Radio and Telegraph Company of Delaware, United States of America, of its Radio Reception and Transmission Franchise with All Rights and Privileges Granted by Act Numbered Thirty-Five Hundred Thirteen, as Amended, Unto the Globe Wireless, Limited of the Philippines
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Subject to all the conditions, terms, restrictions and limitations of Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred thirteen, as amended, the Mackay Radio and Telegraph Company of Delaware, United States of America, is hereby authorized to sell, convey, assign or transfer its franchise and all rights and privileges, including radio licenses and frequencies acquired by it under said Act to construct, maintain, and operate in the Philippines stations for the transmission reception of wireless messages unto Globe Wireless, Limited.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
