REPUBLIC ACT No. 4486

An Act to Establish a National, Agricultural School in the Municipality of Ibajay, Province of Aklan to be Known as Ibajay National Agricultural High School, and to Authorize the Appropriation of the Necessary Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

There is hereby established a national agricultural school in the Municipality of Ibajay, Province of Aklan, to be known as Ibajay National Agricultural High School.

Section 2

This national agricultural school shall, upon its establishment, become a feeder school of Aklan Agricultural College located at the Municipality of Banga, Province of Aklan.

Section 3

The Director of Vocational Education is hereby empowered to organize the said school.

Section 4

The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said school beginning with fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, the necessary sums for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 5

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
