REPUBLIC ACT No. 4428
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Pamploma, Province of Cagayan, to be Known as the Pamploma National School of Fisheries and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of the Bureau of Vocational Education, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Pamploma, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Pamploma National School of Fisheries. The site for the Bureau of Vocational Education in consultation with the Commissioner of Fisheries.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
