REPUBLIC ACT No. 4424
An Act to Establish a National School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Cervantes, Province of Ilocos Sur, to be Known as Cervantes National School of Arts and Trades, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Necessary Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established a national school of arts and trades in the Municipality of Cervantes, Province of Ilocos Sur, to be known as Cervantes National School of Arts and Trades.
Section 2
The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Such sums as may be necessary in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
