REPUBLIC ACT No. 4334

An Act Creating Two Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal for the Province of Aklan, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Aklan is further amended to read as follows:

"Aklan, four assistant provincial fiscals;

Section 2

This Act shall take effect on the first day of January, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
