REPUBLIC ACT No. 4306

An Act Creating the Barrio of Hipantag in the Municipality of Sogod, Province of Southern Leyte

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sitio of Hipantag in the barrio of Benit, Municipality of Sogod, Province of Southern Leyte, is separated from said barrio and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Hipantag.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
