REPUBLIC ACT No. 4286
An Act Converting the Romblon National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Odiongan, Province of Romblon, into a College and Authorizing the Appropriations of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Romblon National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Odiongan, Province of Romblon, is hereby converted into a college, to be known as the Romblon National Agricultural College, which shall be under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education. The said college shall offer, in addition to its present curriculum, such collegiate courses as the said Director may determine.
Section 2
In addition to the appropriation for the Romblon National Agricultural School in the General Appropriations Act, the sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of the college herein created during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Such sums as may be necessary for its maintenance and operation in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
