AN ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-NINE TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Section 1
The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and forty-nine to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty, for the purposes specified hereunder:
