REPUBLIC ACT No. 4241

An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of Camiguin Emergency Hospital in Camiguin Island, Province of Misamis Oriental, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of Camiguin Emergency Hospital in Camiguin Island, Province of Misamis Oriental, is hereby increased from twenty-five beds to fifty.

Section 2

The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
